We have two independent Surface Mount assembly lines capable of running single and double sided board assemblies. Each line includes
ASM E-by-DEK stencil printers, one of which includes the Hawkeye solder paste inspection system and Identical Hanwha SM482+, 6-nozzel single gantry chip mounters. Both lines are serviced by a Heller 1809EXL convection reflow oven. For production we typically use SAC305 RoHS solder paste (no clean or aqueous flux) and lead based paste as needed. We monitor Moisture Sensitive Levels (MSL) component restrictions and maintain an ESD controlled environment throughout the PCB assembly areas. Through hole components are added through different types of automated machines to provide efficient assembly and our production staff is skilled at hand placement of parts as needed. This also includes hands-on high quality workmanship required for more complex and specialized assembly details. We have dedicated wave solder lines for RoHS and leaded assemblies. Our DI batch washers and drying ovens ensure boards are as clean as possible. Assemblies can also be conformal coated through our robotic PVA machine or manually if aerosol, dip and brush applications are required. Programming of IC chips and testing are also available at various stages and levels to ensure boards are functional before shipping. |
