Our Mirtec MV-6 Omni 3-D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) is an award winning system which provides precise electronic inspection capabilities for printed circuit board assemblies. It is capable of identifying correct components, placements, proper solder disposition, and component coplanarity. This is a tremendous support in addition to our visual inspections.
We utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency generators, environmental chambers, cable scanners, hi-pot testers, pull testers, mechanical measurement instruments, and product specific manual and automatic functional fixtures for testing. Our technical department is well versed in the use of electronic test equipment and capable of troubleshooting to the component level. This deeper level of quality assurance provides constant and immediate feedback to our production processes helping to maintain the overall consistency and quality of our work. Our production team is trained to act as inspectors of the work completed prior to it reaching their department. We also maintain a dedicated quality inspector to be responsible for reviewing jobs at various stages in production and to release the completed jobs for packing and shipping. |
